Secure and spacious backyard, with swing set, perfect for the kids. 2 bathrooms, with upstairs kitchen extending on to the expansive deck for alfresco living with a view of Western Port Bay. Separate laundry, split systems for heating and cooling and instant gas hot water system. NBN connected super fast internet provided.
